Just in case the other speakers don't get around to fleshing out there slides I wanted to make sure we have some food for thought listed. Added bullets for Aaron's and Preetham's section, and changed speaker to Coline for the regulatory repos working group, as I'd like to give her more visibility for really spearheading that workstream.
I also converted file paths to relative paths so that rmarkdown doesn't error when the remote path isn't accessible when trying to rebuild a self-contained html file. This seems like it was just a problem on my machine, so please pull the commit and try to rebuild before we merge to make sure that everything can still be rendered properly.
