Clarify affiliate org overlap and involvement #22

One thing that came up at today's meeting was some uncertainty about how we should interact with other initiatives in this space.

To help make these relationships more clear within the team, and to make it easier to onboard people into this project, let's draft a bit of a map of whose who so that these relationships are more clear.
