ISC Grant Proposal answer Nov 13th "Unfortunately, we must decline to fund your proposal. The submission is at a very exploratory stage and implementation details for the budget are sparse. We would like a proposal with more concrete details on the architecture, review process, and incorporation of packages and how this would impact the broader. We would also like to see more details on what you will be delivering with the implementation of the project."
