Description

Design the workflow's structure of the validation pipeline MVP, with particular attention to running the jobs that will validate the target package and its dependencies by adapting validatoR. These jobs will take input from the initial job designed in https://github.com/pharmaR/regulatory-r-repo-wg/issues/63 and their results will be passed to the job designed in https://github.com/pharmaR/regulatory-r-repo-wg/issues/64.

Tasks

[x] Adapt the r-pkg-validation job from validatoR and its associated code as needed
[x] Design the overall workflows YAML file that will run several instances of the adapted r-pkg-validation job
