- Andrew highlighted https://github.com/r-releases (https://r-releases.r-universe.dev/builds), A curated set of packages. I think there was a mention of an company that is spearheading this effort, but I don't recall exactly and don't want to misattribute it.
- Doug highlighted https://github.com/r-hub/repos, A CRAN-style repository that seems to use the CRAN-mirror download links as a PACKAGES downloadURL used by pak? Still investigating.

- Discussion about whether we want to make sure user stories are testable so that we could eventually validate the end product
  - Decision: Not critical for now, as our goal is for a pilot, not necessarily representative of end product. Prioritize velocity over validation for now.
- Good discussion around "features" vs. "user stories" and their role while targeting a pilot.
  - Decision: Use "features" when proposing next steps to scope pilot initiative, while using user stories for external communication. Okay if user stories evolve as we learn from pilots/feedback.
