Recent updates to packages have caused some changes in the layout of elements in the application, in particular the selectize inputs. This PR seeks to repair UI layouts to previous look and feel.

Most obvious changes have to do with the selectize inputs for package upload and deletion. Also, changes were made to the selectize inputs in the automation decision modal.
