Export helper to identify which metrics are supported by each `pkg_ref` source type #300

For consistency and completeness, it would be really helpful for users if they had clear & direct insight into which assessment/metrics exist for each ref_source types. Since this is a current goal (#298) for the year, this function will serve as a great method to check progress!
