Description Settings upload crashes for ORAL dummy data sets, and when it doesn't crash the exclusions don't update correctly.

To Do:

[x] Fix bug with settings upload for dummy oral datasets
[x] Ensure Exclusions uploaded correctly in both exclusion table AND in NCA results and slopes plots
