Move test data out to {pharmaversesdtm} and {pharmaverseadam} #40

This task can be done later as we approach our first release (or even after) and once the package is otherwise stable - as would need to be aligned with the next package releases of these test data packages. Adding this issue as a placeholder/reminder for now.
