General Issue: Addin for creating blog post

Background Information

I think we should make a simple addin to help us fill in and prompt for requirements when making a blog post.

Something like this - where the addin is loaded for users and can quickly fill out a form to generate everything.

It looks like this does not exist yet for quarto blogs. Some proposed solutions look like the version we already have: https://github.com/smach/newpost

I would not mind having a go at creating an add-in, but to be honest, this might take me a while and I don't have many resources at the moment.

I say this is low-priority, but a nice to have.

I'd rather us make quick posts on admiral functions then get bogged down in the addin right now. However, if you are feeling inspired one day and have the time, then please go for it!!

If I understand correctly, we would need to create a package to make the addin. This means that users would need to install the package. @bms63 do you think that this would be worth it, and people would actually install that package?

@pharmaverse/commswg the addin for the blog is now available in this package https://github.com/pharmaverse/pharmaverse4devs. You are not required to install this package, but having it install can save you some time when creating blogs, or ordering test units. Please test it and feel free to provide any feedback!
