Added extra contributors, and cleaned up README and homepage - incl adding the Posit Cloud workspace after discussions with Posit on how best to achieve this. I will maintain this workspace monthly to ensure the latest CRAN package versions are available.

@bms63 @jeffreyad do these updates look ok to you? i'll do some testing of the posit cloud workspace in Jan. need to install admiral 1.0.0 - for now install.packages() still gives 0.12.3 but ususally takes a few days after release.
