Add installation guide for running the examples locally #37

Closes #28

Changes

  1. Created a h2 header Running the examples that contains Posit Cloud and Locally options
  2. For running the examples locally, I've included 2 options. Former for cloning the repository and latter for copying and pasting the code from the examples book directly into the R console.

I'm very interested in somehow pulling out the raw R code from the .qmd file for users to run !?! #31

@can-taslicukur maybe add a note above this section for use of knitr::purl() and then we solve #31 too in one go?

Hi, per our conversation in the thread, I've reverted the last change. Now the local installation uses pak for cloning the repo and we list the packages to be installed inside install.packages function for copying and pasting the examples. Let me know if you have further feedback ❤️
