Hi all,

In lieu of snapshot testing, dev sites and other stuff I have no idea how to do....I was thinking that a Pull Request Template might be nice to have to remind us of critical checks.

I find these quite helpful.

Musing...

• [ ] Place Closes # into the beginning of your Pull Request Title (Use Edit button in top-right if you need to update)
• [ ] Link the issue in the Development Section on the right hand side.
• [ ] If this is your first contribution be sure to add yourself to the DESCRIPTION file
• [ ] Did your updates impact any examples, please review locally for warnings, errors in the impacted example pages
• [ ] Developers should address any merge conflicts and merge in on successful review

Looks good @bms63 , also could add:

• [ ] Did you use any new packages? If so ensure they are included in the DESCRIPION file Imports
• [ ] If you added or updated an example, check it runs on the latest CRAN release versions of all packages used
