admiraldev as dependency #60

In light of a recent discussion with admiraldev authors we might want to discuss again our assumptions about admiraldev and how reliant on it we want sdtm.oak to be.

Following our meeting of 2024 July 17, for the moment we keep admiraldev as a dependency.
