[skip vbump] Preparing for cran release #77

Bump version to 0.1.0 Linked to #65 Needs to create a tag and release after the merge. These merge request need to be merged with [skip vbump]. It's still waiting for changes for this CRAN release.

All the issue form #65 should be resolved before release.

Please note that issue #65 depends on issue #58. If you write "Close #65" directly we might miss the closing of these sub-tasks. I prefer to address directly each sub-task directly and let GitHub close the main task automatically once the sub-tasks are done.
Don't you think it would be best to mention issues #73, #75 and #76 in #65 as sub-tasks, and keep track of progress towards the CRAN submission in one place only?
