We have a check that looks to see if a patient discons drug in AE (by `AEACN*) they have a DS record indicating drug DC due to AE.
I noticed when a patient dies of Covid some studies code the treatment discon as "death" instead of "adverse event". We should consider excluding AE records associated with death for this check to reduce false positives.
