remove some dontruns #339

Left in \dontrun{} for the following:

report_to_xlsx - functionality is to save a file to disk
create_R_script - functionality is to save a file to disk
xlsx2list - functionality involves reading a file from disk
roche_covid_df - functionality involves reading a file from disk

Update - also using this branch to overhaul how covid related metadata is handled. Removing roche related preprocessing and now users are just expected to supply their own terms to identify covid related AEs.
