Charts don't show up #23

I have Redmine 2.2.2, Ruby 1.9.3 and Rails 3.2.11 on Ubuntu 10.04. The installation of Charts 2 went fine and was able to configure the module for one of my project. But when I click on Charts (any type) the chart does not come up and no error as well on screen or logs. Am I missing something. Quick help highly appreciated.

Can you send me production log?
