Redmine 2.4 compatibility #41

Add support for Redmine 2.4, seems error in migrate

Mysql2::Error: Table 'railsapp_production.chart_time_entries' doesn't exist:

I've installed with last stable version(2.4.3) - there is no errors! Environment: Redmine version 2.4.3.stable Ruby version 1.9.3-p448 (2013-06-27) [x86_64-darwin13.0.1] Rails version 3.2.16 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2 SCM: Subversion 1.7.10 Git 1.9.0 Filesystem Redmine plugins: redmine_charts2 0.2.1
