Move Mongo-Squeak extensions to Mongo-BSON #72

Mongo-Squeak has a couple of extensions related to BSON which should fit well into the existing Mongo-BSON package.

Appart from those extensions, the only member of this Mongo-Squeak package is GratuitousIncompatibilities which is referenced from Mongo-BSON many times and from Mongo-Core once.

I just discovered a Mongo-VisualWorks package that has an alternative to Mongo-Squeak. Do we want to keep that package?

no idea. I didn't know there was a Mongo-VisualWorks but yeah, I would keep it if there are others trying to use it outside.
