Moved all images in General/ into a separate img/ folder #348

This way, we can clearly see the markdown files (articles) that we have

One goal of pahro-wiki is to never remove the access to one of the resource. So we never want to remove a file or an image. For pages we can keep on old page pointing to a new one. But for images it's not really possible except if we keep sym links maybe?

Ok, also I messed up this PR with another one :( We can close it for now
