allow non-official template sources #411

Pharo Launcher allows to create images from a pre-defined template list provided by Pharo org. We should allow users to add their own template sources that will not be overwritten when a template sources update is available. Could be done by allowing an extra sources file. Official sources file is sources.list. User sources file could be named mysources.list
