Add Squeak
Extensive Documentation
Rename GToolkit image class due to botched prefix and failure to capitalize "Toolkit"
Refactor hooks now that second example has provided clarity

@demarey I will add both new packages to the baseline as you suggested after integrating this, but I think it would be easier in another PR because this branch is too far behind latest development.
