Launcher not opening #511

Downloaded the windows launcher from the Pharo site, followed the installation process but once I attempt to open the launcher nothing happens. Tried turning the firewall off, the same issue. I was wondering if anyone has had this issue before.

Can you ask on the discord channel because many people are using Pharo. See http://www.oharo.org/community and https://discord.gg/QewZMZa So I'm on windows but people on discord will help you.
