Error while downloading Pharo 10 vm #539

Describe the bug I just installed my first Pharo 10 image in the launcher and tried to launch it. Since it's the first it tries to download the VM but I get an error "Error while downloading "https://files.pharo.org/get-files/100/pharo64-win-stable.zip".
