Pharo Windows Launcher does not include a proper large icon #588

After installation on Windows (here a Windows Server 2019 using pharo-launcher-3.0.1.msi) the Launcher icon looks like this for the view setting: Medium Icons

If one switches to view setting: Large Icons the icon still is a small one instead of a large one.

The icon is not from the Pharo.exe as it looks different - looks like it is coming from the installer.

Side note: The screenshots are from Windows Server 2019 Evaluation (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-server-2019) installed within VirtualBox (https://www.virtualbox.org). But I guess it can be reproduced in any other Windows system too.

Biggest size included in pharo-launcher.ico is 256x256 image

Thank you for the report. I keep this issue open if someone wants to take a look at it but we won't do because we have more important issues / features to work on.
