Update the VM used by Pharo Launcher (to 10.0.7) to allow the use of Pharo Launcher in UI mode as well as CLI mode. Currently, on OS x, with the presence of the plist file in the application, it is impossible to run Pharo Launcher in command line. done. Stable VM is now v10.0.9
