[CMD-Line] Launch an image by index #674

Now when you list all the images there is and index as first column:

Would be nice to be able to run an image from the index, so after listing we can do:

pl image launch 3

Instead of having to copy-paste the name of the image.

Thanks for the report. It is already part of #567. In the last version, you can do pl image launch and then select the image index :)
