Fix the Simulator

[PalumboN]

Following the instructions in https://github.com/pharo-project/pharo-vm/wiki/Simulation-Environment severals errors appear.

We put here a list of the bugs that we found:

• Problem setting the COGVM constant: the method initializeMiscConstants is called multiple times from different classes.
• Comment in https://github.com/pharo-project/pharo-vm/issues/681
• There are issues reading the fonts (and a weird behaviour opening an input windows (?) ... and the list continue...
