RBMethodArgumentsSelector should use Spec

This widget should be rewritten using Spec. And RBMethodNameEditor similarly

In addition this is not really good that the core refactoring depends on UI element. So we should introduce the possibility to

• pass a call back that will invoke the editor
• or just pass a new name from the instantiation
