Should we keep theme sound support? #16942

In UITheme we have part of the API that is for sound support. But it's not natively in Pharo.

Does someone use that or is it just dead code we could remove?

I checked GitHub and all references are from forks, I didn't even know that there are sounds for maximizing a Window. For me, it seems safe to remove.
