Debugger scrollable is not fully visible #17195

And sometimes the stack selected item is not visible.

On the screenshot the scrollbar down handle is not visible. Here we are lucky because the selection is not hidden.

This is a spec or morphic bug. Yes but it is annoying and gives a bad impression.
