Some example are broken #1609

Would be good to have a smock test to check all of them.

In Pharo 13 build 262, there are some broken examples in the Spec Example Browser (SpExampleBrowser) as well: #examplePackages for SpChooserPresenter and #exampleIndeterminate for SpProgressBarPresenter. I didn’t check all of them so there might be more.

Yes I would like to have a mock test cover them all.
