SpExampleBrowser does not open in current Pharo 13 #1631

Running SpExampleBrowser open in current Pharo 13 ends in error and does not open.

It does not work since Pharo13.0-SNAPSHOT.build.300.sha.3f903ccbe3.arch.64bit It works fine in Pharo13.0-SNAPSHOT.build.299.sha.72a82ad359.arch.64bit So the issue comes from a change between these 2 builds (https://github.com/pharo-project/pharo/commit/3f903ccbe3e45dc6ee29dd9ec1561fe0d2976cd1).

Tested on Windows 11. Also works in Pharo 12.
