Package deletion not commited with FileTree #1117

I am working on Seaside that is a FileTree project and each time I delete a package and commit, it is not in the comit. I need to do it by hand outside Pharo.

To reproduce:

Load Seaside
Delete a package (Option: Remove from repository)
Commit (You see the package deletion in the changes)
Open your repository on the file system: the package is still here

This is known and not (yet) implemented. Also for renaming a package one has to do it manually
