Remove #morphicOpen: that is dead code
Move IceMergeResolationRequest>>defaultAction to Iceberg-TipUI since it is here to open the Tip UI
Move IceExperimentalFeature to Iceberg since this is raised in Iceberg's code and not in the UI code
