Move #isTraitDefinition to Pharo directly #116

Needs https://github.com/pharo-project/pharo/pull/14887 and fixes https://github.com/pharo-project/pharo/issues/14605

The CI fails but I think this is because the image is not bootstraped. Merging this should not break Pharo.

I'll merge and if there is any problem I'll revert this change
