Add display errors to Drupal settings to avoid the unhelpful error. #20

"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

This comes up when Drupal is serving a 5xx error, and usually means there's a nasty log. We could be displaying this log and saving developers from jumping through hoops.

In doing so, we should consider:

Can we also add the display HTML mode, but not when drush hits this error?
Can we set this to only affect development environments?
