Make double-clicking a time entry open it up for editing #21

As a short-term workaround for https://github.com/phase2/openair-reborn/issues/13 which means that single-clicking can't trigger editing, we can make double-clicking do it, thanks to https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/directive/ngDblclick

Going to wont-fix this one, since the edit icon/button seems to work well enough for most people.
