Preserve line selection when toggling tags #32

When hiding untagged lines and toggle tag that as many lines, the selected line may disappear from screen.

This may be redundant if we stop using the treeview widget as indicated in #35

As we need to move away from GtkTreeview, i'll close and if needed open a new issue for the new widgets...
