New Window from existing window should preserve working directory

If we open a new window from an already existing window, it should preserver the working directory/folder.

Sometimes while working on a issue, there are several logs in the same folder. I open one log and then a new window should try to open a file on the already set folder.

At the moment it's showing the Recent Files which is not that bad because the file opened previously should be in the Recent list but I need to open it just to "acquire" the ease of choosing the folder.
