Remove tags improvement #61

Removing tags => Remove all tags There's also no reconfirmation. As such, a dialog asking if user is sure of the action. Eventually using the same idea for discarding changes on tags...

This only happens when user autoloaded a tags file and no changes were made otherwise a dialog will be shown.
