built-in setting and in-game setting has strange behavior (by 1to3fall5) #7

Settings changed in built-in setting, and create game, will no effect. Need to click O to open in-game setting and click apply will take effect.

1to3fall5: 还有就是把种植从5x4 改去其他的，退出重进又会变成5x4， 要按一下apply才会变
