Commit Summary

• fix option not load on game start, update develop modinfo.lua, readme.md
• support Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese
• prevent other mod in-game setting to race condition
• modmain.lua rename GLOBAL to _G
• planting feature now can craft marblebean (but still need one to start job)
• Added dry feature: auto harvest Drying Rack, dry meats and pickup meats
• Prepare for version 1.5
