Service always running on background #331

Hello!

While using the latest openvpn client from play store on my 4.4.4 cyanogen 
device I always see an openvpn service running on background even when not 
connected to a vpn server.

IMO this is "wrong" since the service should only spawn when we connect to a 
vpn server.
