Remove dependency on fuse-utils #23

At least Ubuntu 13.10 does not have fuse-utils package anymore. I removed it from debian/control, packaged simple-mtpfs and it worked nicely.

Please check if the dependency is needed for something, and remove or change it as necessary.

If your package works flawlessly and you don't mind, can you, please, create a pull request for modified debian packaging?

I haven't tested it properly, but i managed to mount a Jolla phone and copy files to it. If this is enough, i can make a pull req.

Please, check, all the dependencies are pulled, when simple-mtpfs is about to be installed. If you can run the program, everything should be OK.
