Controlling hue/saturation/contrast to enable features like f.lux on Chromecast for every chromecast app? #466

Just a SDK feature/change to tweak the chromecast API such that users can allow 
3rd party apps to control the display (such as f.flux or twilight).  This would 
greatly improve nighttime watching and has great medical benefits that affect 
sleep.
