When attempting to cast #688

This has happened to noth of my chromecasts.

1. I setup the chromecast
2. I go to Netflix to select a movie
3. I select the chromecast icon
4. I try to play the movie but it only buffers
I then get the following error

This seems to be due to a Netflix AWS outage, not an issue with the Cast SDK.

Not so, Netflix was being cast in my bedroom at the same time with a
firestick.

The outage may not have affected all devices the same way. When did you first 
see this issue and are you still seeing it?

First saw it yesterday around 6:30 pm est and lasted for more than an hour
on both of my devices.  I gave up and ended up watching the firestick. No
longer an issue today.

Please let us know if the issue comes up again, then we can reopen the ticket 
and investigate further.
