Google cast don't show videos if the TV language UI is hebrew

​​What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set TV language to hebrew (UI will be RightToLeft instead of LTR)
2.cast from any app a VIDEO stream
3.for example: youtube you will see the video title but no video - only black 
screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the video instead of black screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I having sony bravia 2015 with google cast v1.17.46918
I have LG g3 smartphone (lollipop)
TV, and smartphone having the latest firmware

Please provide any additional information below.
When tv ui language Is Hebrew:
Casting from YouTube video using my phone - i only hear sound but see black 
screen.
When tv ui language is English the cast shows video and sounds.
I think the Google cast app for android tv has a bug when the ui is right to 
left instead of the default left to right orientation.

Apps i tried to reproduce the problem:
radio apps:
npr-one works fine

audio apps:
localcast works fine

pictures apps:
localcast works fine
google photos works fine

video apps:
youtube - not working
ted - not working
localcast - not working​
