Enhancement request : make status of used version available via a status page or rest endpoint #215

Would it be handy to enhance the phase4 web app with status functionallity, like for example an endpoint where you can send a request to get status of used versions and peppol certificate details ?

Will be part of the first 3.0.0 release and will use the /peppol-status path by default
